Emergency visit
"What was supposed to be a simple neuter for my pet turned into a frightening emergency visit 5 days later. A second surgery was needed at a cost of $1500! I paid with my Care Credit card and submitted my paid invoice to Pets Best. Pets Best covered nearly ALL of it and sent the payment to my Care Credit account before my pets 14 day healing period was even over!!! Thankful for we have this insurance!!!"

My dog has been to the vet every month this year for some allergies and I've been reimbursed amazingly. I'm very happy with my experience and am so grateful. The ease of filing claims is so easy and I never have to wait too long. I'm so happy to be a Pets Best customer.

"While I feel the claims coverage is fair, I feel the increase in premiums each year I have to file a claim is predatory. Blaming it on "a greater use of modern veterinary medicine" is just a fancy way of saying because you used your coverage, we are going to make sure you pay loads more. From $191/qtr to $317/qtr should be criminal but here we are. At least my furbaby is still alive. "

Quick and easy.
I have only had to use the insurance a few times in the past 6 years. I have two dogs covered, and the portal is very user friendly and takes only about two weeks from the time of claim submission to reimbursement. I highly recommend Pets Best for any pet owners.

I love that whenever I have something to claim I can just upload the PDF I get from my vet and everything is done in a very short period of time with no issues and I never feel like customer service is being dismissive to me

Relief for an unexpected emergency surgery
We thought my five year old Cavalier King Charles was having seizures or some type of neurological issue, as he developed what looked like a severe head tick and "fly bite" snapping and licking symptoms. As it turns out, he had a massive dental infection, even though his teeth had been checked only a few months prior. Our vet recommended emergency extraction, which he did the next day. I filed the claim with Pets Best the day after his surgery, and after a little issue with my vet getting them the paperwork, my claim was approved and we ended up getting a substantial amount back. It truly saved our backsides, as that was a HEFTY and very unexpected vet bill. This is why I have every one of our animals as n our Pets Best plan. It is invaluable to all pet parents!
