Great pet insurance company
So far I have been very pleased with SPOT insurance. They are quick to respond to my claims,& quick to process. There are just a few little changes I wish they’d make. I wish it was a little easier to see exactly what the amount was you were reimbursed for a claim. It’s a little tricky to see and wish it just said it in the email they send, saying your claim was processed.

Extremely poor customer service and communication
They canceled the home insurance policy because my cc got expired and was declined. In the email they said, I have to update the information on my file in three days. It took me a little longer than three days and that's it when I went into the portal the home policy was inactive. There was no email warning if not done in three days the policy will get inactive or any Text message. The agent on the call said once inactive they can not make it active again. Sorry Sonnet, extremely poor customer service and communication. I am moving.
