I am so glad the Nevada Humane Society told us about MetLife Pet Insurance when we adopted our cat. This is excellent. Within the very first month I had to get my cat surgery for his teeth, and they reimbursed quite a lot. I was hardly expecting anything. This was my first month after all. But the claims filing was quick, and they reimbursed me very quickly. The options for receiving the reimbursement were quick and through. I filed my claim on Nov 27. I was notified about the reimbursement by Dec 9. I am so glad I got this insurance. My benefits were clearly explained, and I am very satisfied. Thanks to this, I will be able to take good care of my cat.

Incredible and EASY insurance experience
Truly caring and wonderful customer service, excellent options, best monthly rate of any other provider I’ve found, and best of all claims were extremely quick and easy to file when my dog had a health crisis. It took so much stress off our shoulders at a very stressful time. We are incredibly appreciative and would absolutely recommend Spot to anyone with pets!

Big bills paid, no issues.
We rescued a Schnoodle and researched ratings for pet insurance. We chose the PetsBest plan for Wellness & Accidents. Twice he eat a bar of choclate and went to pet ERs. We send the four figure bills to PetsBest and had 90% of the bills deposited in our checking account with no issues. It is nice to not hesitate to get treatment because of sudden big bills.

Customer service is A+ you can call and talk with a person and get your questions answered correctly, without a lot of AI questions and get nowhere. The reason for 4* long waiter time when you call in.

Helpful for the most part…
They have been helpful for the most part. The one time I was frustrated was when they randomly contacted me about a lump the doctor diagnosed as a symptom from excessive grooming and since he didn’t do any further medical testing they marked it as a preexisting condition so now he can’t get any coverage for anything related to any skin mass.
