We had a fire in our apartment…
We had a fire in our apartment building, in another unit, so not even within my control. I tried to call at about 6pm, to review options. Their claims line, rang, rang and rang. No help. My previous insurance companies claim line, was answered immediately by a person able to get you immediate assistance when you actually need it. Fast forward a couple years, no issues with my payments, no claims, not 1 ever. I wake up on a monday morning to a cancellation email, with no reason given, note that is a legal obligation if your policy is cancelled. Thanks sonnet. You're a great company.

Easy Claims Process
After my dog sustained a cut behind the ear, we went to our wonderful emergency vet. The bill, however, for minor surgery to repair his ear was higher than we expected. Thank goodness we had Pets Best, as it eased our financial worries that day. After reimbursment a short while later, I felt very satisfied with our policy and so happy that our dog's incident did not create a stressful financial situation. Thank you, Pets Best!

Since dealing with PetsPlusUs for the past six years, we have been given excellent care and attention. Whether in our dealing with a service rep over the phone or submitting a claim, we have continued to receive prompt, professional and efficient service.. In the past year our pet had a serious illness that required hospitalization, diagnostics and care. Our claims were submitted and addressed quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The communication flow confirming receipt of the claim, the processing of the claim and the approved reimbursement helped us know we were in good hands.. $59.00 out of $420.00 sad.....64.00 dollar a month for 38 months. $2432.00 so far.... I have the 90% plan. Deny this, Deny that. 90 % percent off each item to maximize their deductions, instead of the total. So they can profit off anything they deny. These are our Pets. Gone to Spot..... And I understand the $250.00 deductable.

My angel boy developed giant cell…
My angel boy developed giant cell lymphoma around 1 years old, and unfortunately lost his battle shortly after he was diagnosed. Money was tight around the time he was getting his work up, and Spot was amazing to process my claim very quickly and send my reimbursement to my account a short few days later. It made all the difference for the end of his life care. Will never switch to another insurance provider.

They got greedy
They got greedy. They tripled my rate over the course of a month so I cancelled them. My pet had no existing conditions and never filed a claim. Called to confront them they said they had no particular reason just increased my rates. They could have kept collecting the same amount on my pet and everyone after and made more money than the tripled rate per month that only lasted a month. Not very smart and I’ll never use them again.

Quick, Helpful, Concise and great prices
I was looking for a better rate within this climate. I was able find your company online and made a call. I had a very helpful conversation with a gentleman who guided me thru their online app. The app is new so there were bugs we came across but in the end we got it done together. I know have a rate I am satisfied with and hope for better days ahead with Sonnet

Very fast turn around for claims
Very fast turn around for claims. Would be nice if wellness claims would show available balance for the wellness items so I don’t waste my time or theirs when I have used up the wellness allowances for each item. Otherwise, never had a problem with claims.
