I’ve had MetLife pet insurance about 4yrs now and never really had a problem. My reimbursement turn around is pretty good and customer service is good.

You’re better off putting the money in a savings account
You’re better off putting the money in a savings account. I paid close to $3000 over the last 4 years of coverage. When I tried to make a claim that was only about $50 over the deductible, so with the 80% reimbursement rate I’m only getting $40 back, it was declined because they couldn’t verify that she was healthy for the previous 3 years I’ve had the policy. Due to their “cancellation policy” they couldn’t verify only refund half of the premium I paid yesterday.
