Embrace is great with initial response but…
**Update** while they did reach out and correct the issue for the wellness claim. They opened a second claim, which they explained to me that they had to do it this way. However, they opened the second claim and put it was for wellness AND that my cat was hit by a car, which isn't correct. He was not hit by a car. It was a simple wellness claim for a neuter procedure. Embrace is quick to reimburse you for covered claims. I was very pleased at first but my one wellness claim from November is the reason I only gave 3 stars. The adjuster on that claim is non responsive. All info was provided and still no response from her. All other claims have been great.

At first
At first, I was skeptical on pet insurance but I totally agree with it now because when they reimburse you, it comes out at a time like when you really really need it but it’s also at times where you’re at the vet and you know you might not have the money at the time and that’s the only thing and some vets don’t let insurance reimburse.

I had to take my dog for an emergency…
I had to take my dog for an emergency visit. Having to pay upfront for all estimated care is common. Knowing I had insurance helped easy the sting of paying in advance was worth the extra cost as almost half of the bill was covered. I had direct deposit set up and received payment in just under week from claim submission.

Setting up my account was easy
Setting up my account was easy. The website is totally user friendly. My claims were submitted easily. The site prompts you on how to proceed. The processing time is quick and with direct deposit, the reimbursement is very fast. This is the 1st time I have dealt w pet insurance but Embrace was highly recommended by a few techs at my vet's office. I'm happy that I chose Embrace. And I have already recommended them to 2 of my friends. One who just got a brand new puppy. I'm not 100% sure of this date but it was in Nov.
