Policy Increase
MetLife increased my policy by over $700 a year. They are stating that this policy that I have no longer exists therefore I have to pay the price for it. I called multiple times they did not want to help me except for wanting to reduce my coverage which I do not want to do that was their only option. Their customer service was terrible I was lied to a couple of times by customer service and I was told that if I did not want to change my coverage then there wasn't anything that they could do for me since my policy that I have doesn't exist anymore

met life takes the hassle out
Met Life takes the hassle out of what could be a worrisome transaction. my dog is my baby. I need to know he's covered for any eventuality. They do that.

not happy at the moment with Metlife
not happy at the moment with Metlife. They denied a claim for some injection my pet had for itching. I have called and even now just submit an Appeal claim form to fight about the claim. Its just a hassle had to do this when that is the reason i got you all's insurance which is more expensive that i had before but i thought you all were better.

They’re there when you need them
I can’t say enough good things about this insurance! One of our two dogs had emergency mysterious health issues that led to thousands of dollars of bills earlier this year and MetLife reimbursed as expected. It was already worth it when they just covered our annual vaccinations and monthly heart worm prevention, but now I know they’ll be there if there’s an emergency, too!

Great insurance company!
My young dog required a TPLO surgery and then, shortly thereafter, surgery to remove ectopic eyelashes. My claims went through quickly and without any hassles. I highly recommend this company.
