I signed up for spot insurance when i got my french bulldog puppy. He is 7 months now and i have submitted quite a few claims with no issues at all. They were completed within 3 to 5 days and i got the payment within a day of the completion. Also any questions i have i just call and they are all so friendly and helpful. Im very happy with this company.

Response time is decent
Response time is decent. Direct deposit refund is quick after claim's completed. I don't like the drop down menu options for reason for claim. Everything doesn't fit into the options, and there is no option for 'other' to explain on the initial drop down.

Easy to Submit claims & Great Customer Service
Easy to Submit claims and they really helped out when our 8 month old puppy needed emergency surgery. They cover what they say they cover and it has been a pleasure to know their insurance is there for peace of mind and know our puppies will be taken care of without breaking the bank if they have an emergency! Would recommend to everyone!
