Disappointing claim service
They rejected a claim because they hadn't received past vet records, though we had sent them. I re-sent and they said they had received would review and expedite claim. That was 7 weeks ago, after I was told that now they did have the records. They just keep saying the same thing and do nothing. Very disappointing.

Poor first impression
After getting my puppy, he had some tummy troubles. Pets Best denied all related claims. Because he contracted this illness during the 14 day waiting period it was considered an existing condition. Doesn't matter that my policy effected date was the day I received him. I really regret going with Pets Best.

very pleased with the process ordering medication, first call in the medication to Pets Best, 2nd they send medication over to vet for approval, 3rd Pets Best sends medication to my house. 4th all with no problems. Great Service for my Puppy and Cat!
I've had Pets Best ever since getting my puppy. She's had her typical puppy things taken care of quickly and with very good communication when I had questions. When she got hurt I knew that's my insurance would come through! I'll update this if that changes but it's been a year with no issues!
Definitely recommend
I don’t typically leave reviews but I never had any issues with MetLife! I genuinely enjoy their great customer service and how they try their best to answer all of your questions, even the stupid ones! As a person who works in customer service, I typically stick to companies that have superior customer service. I discovered metlife because it was one of my former employer’s benefits!
Pets Best is awesome!
I’m so glad to have Pets Best insurance for my dog. You never know what’s ahead for your pet, and Pets Best took great care of us when my dog had an unexpected illness and injuries. Fast reimbursement for my veterinary expenses. Thank you!

Allergic Dog
Our young beauty was found to be allergic to basically everything and has to place her on special food (prescription food) and MetLife has covered everything. We could not be happier with MetLife. They have covered all tests, meds and food per our agreed contract.
