Incredibly disappointed
Incredibly disappointed in how a presurgical exam, which is required for neuter/spay was denied as it is considered a preventative exam and therefore counts as a wellness exam. So if your dog received an annual exam within the same year it will be getting spayed or neutered, know you will have to pay for that out of pocket.

Pets Best is great! If you are looking for Pet Insurance for your loved one(s), I highly recommend them. I do not regret getting their insurance & the monthly premium is very reasonable. I have had to use them quite a few times and am very happy with them.

Claims are easy to make and response time is usually the same or the next day. Claim is resolved and paid within 10 days. The staff is very cordial and knowledgeable as well.
Fast and easy surgery reimbursement
Thanks to Pets Best, I could quickly and easily book my dog's TPLO surgery without having to worry about being able to pay for it. I had opted for higher coverage this year and am so glad I got it.
