Easy to work with
Oh goodness, I just realized I gave Spot my Healthy Paws review...that was terrible. SPOT processed my claim for routine services very quickly and the claims submittal process is very easy. The ability to customize care/deductible/yearly max is great and makes it fit into our budget, especially when paying for multiple pet insurances. For anyone looking for insurance, this is a good company but stay clear of healthy paws unless you like things being more difficult than they should be.

I submitted my claim January 5th and My reimbursement didn't come until January 13th. I believe. Small is the reimbursement was it took an awful lot of time when it should have taken A few days
