They are quick to take your money and…
They are quick to take your money and sign you up but trying to cancel the policy its incredibly difficult. Spent over $7700 in 2 years for 2 dogs and didnt cover what we needed. I could save $42000 in 10 years for the BIG medical bills they cover. Better I just pay out of pocket

Great Pet Insurance

Healthy Paws claim process…
Healthy Paws had excellent claim starting information on the home page. What was not covered on the home page was quickly relayed through email by customer service. The claim was quickly reviewed and approved with limited additional information needing to be sent. I can not thank Healthy Paws enough for their help and understanding during this trying time.

Need to Re-enroll
The need for ur phone rep to continuously upsell not appreciated. I have been on autopay for five years and in aug/sept missed two payments due to card being compromised. The inability to pay and continue coverage was not appreciated. Especially when i now have to pay $10 more /month.
