Pets Best is my pet's best!!
We have had our beloved Gypsy since 2020, during the pandemic. She is a Lab / German Shepard mix with a little bit of anxiety and a whole lot of ear problems. She has regular, routine visits and then not-so-regular routine visits to both the dog ER and her regular vet. Each and every time, I receive my receipt, I turn it into Pets Best. Each and every time I submit a receipt, I get a prompt notification that it was received and then a prompt payment. No fuss, no muss, nothing to worry about. I submit the information and they handle it from there. Also, I do not always submit right away either. Sometime I will wait for 2-3 visits, before I submit. Never have I ever had Pets Best say to submit in a timely fashion. Again, I have nothing but positives to say for Pets Best. I would recommend Pet's Best to anyone with a pet.

I wasted my money on this insurance
I wasted my money on this insurance, higher deductibles and the claim process is lengthy and no matter how many documents you provide it never gets approved. When you contact them they ask you to send additional documents to their hartvillegroup email and nobody responds. Never again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Easy to sign up and fast approval. I use Nationwide for my homeowners insurance, so I naturally chose them for my pet insurance. This is my first time having pet insurance, so I wanted to go with a company I already trusted.

I have had Trupanion on my cat, Cheese, for 11 years. I am happy to have the insurance. They are great and no problems with claims. My Vet goes to Trupanion directly and processes the payments within minutes.

I did quote online called with questions as I was reviewing quotes, went to set up online and thought I was all set. Did not receive confirmation called Monday and the online process did not go through. I was able to speak with Rebecca and set up. Disappointed it did not go through the first time. The people I spoke with were helpful and professional however, this made my wait time longer for coverage.
