Customer service has been great to deal with. I didn’t need to speak with them last larger claims, because of your change to provide automatic escalation to larger claims. My claims have been paid as per policy.

Rate for my 4 yr old dog has doubled from last year
My dog, Angel Sedona, recd a notification for her 1st renewal. The rate for her policy had doubled from $500+ to $1000+. Doubled! Also the rate for renewal on the website was just over $600 which would make sense but the company says there was a rate increase and no one can tell me why the website has $600+ for renewal but they are quoting over $1000. Today will be my 6th call to try to get answers instead of a run around. There were other issues as well, after the 3rd call, the reimbursement amount mysteriously went from 80% to 50% without my knowledge or request to do so. It has been a nightmare to just get any answers or renew her policy
