"The insurance worked just the way I had hoped it would. An emergency trip to the vet hospital after my dog ate half a bag of trail mix, 48 hours of treatment with fluids and observation: doggy had no symptoms and was never sick, I received a big bill but submitted and received reimbursement very quickly, no questions asked. I am recommending Pets Best to my pet owning friends. "

Quick reimbursements. Never any additional questions. They’ve covered over 10k worth of medical bills and never once questioned or denied anything. Highly recommend them as they are reliable and responsive and are the reason my dog is alive.

It is a great insurance. I wish claim turnaround was a little bit quicker. I have a dog on another insurance provider and the turnaround time for the claim review is 48 hours.

Why Pets Best is a great insurance company
Pets Best is a great insurance company to work with. I had one of two pets that I have insured with Pets Best pass away. The agent I spoke to have the policy canceled on the pet I lost was so supportive and understanding. I felt like I was talking to a friend, not a stranger. Keep up the good work. It's what separates you from the rest!
