Peace of mind when needed

Their customer service is the best that I have encountered since the beginning of the pandemic. Plus, my issue was resolved in one phone call. I felt that they cared about me as a customer instead of just trying to take as much money as possible.

Trupanion Saved My Puppy's Life
I brought home a cute puppy. A few months into owning her, I noticed that she walked with pain and had tummy troubles. It turns out that she has bad elbows, bad knees and bad hips. It's been really stressful dealing with her health issues and I had friends and family recommend euthanizing her due to financial issues. However, with Trupanion, I was able to treat her. It's been a long journey, and she will need level of care long-term, but she is back to acting like the young, energetic dog you would expect based on her age. The Trupanion claims process has been easy, I get reimbursed quickly for any out of pocket expenses or my veterinarian's office submits the claim for me. It's approved in a matter of minutes and I pay the balance. I want to thank Trupanion for helping to restore peace of mind to me.
