Very dissatisfied with the bill…
Very dissatisfied with the bill coverage. Constantly either only getting a 1/3 of the cost, or nothing at all. Cost of the insurance vs. what we get reimbursed has not been worthwhile. Cancelling very soon and moving elsewhere. Such a shame.

Fair Price and Easy Claims
The claims process is incredibly easy, and the reimbursement is fast. Premiums are reasonable, and they don't seem to penalize you if you make claims by increasing your premiums if you do have to use the insurance. Had this insurance for 3 years, covering 4 pets and have had to use it 3 times for one of those pets... seamless and easy each time.

Could be better
Honestly paying so much money for pet insurance and not getting at least half or more reimbursement is not the best. There are other pet insurance that reimburse more. Will be switching over to a new pet insurance.

Simplify for Grooming Expenses
There is some difficulty in inputting on line for a grooming expense if you have that on your insurance plan. It would be easier to have a separate section, non medical, to hit that tab, date, download receipt, name the pet and go forward. I always have to find the other options when your system wants a diagosis,

I submitted two claims recently for my cat's pre-treatment testing and radioactive iodine treatment for hyperthyroidism. I found the online claim application process simple and straightforward. Both claims were processed promptly and I was informed of progress with the reviews along the way. I received a fair decision and payout on both claims.
