Very hard to get claims approved
Very hard to get claims approved. Very dissatisfied. Much easier with my other dog’s insurance. And they about doubled the new year premium. Probably going to drop them for all the frustration.

This company will not pay legitimate…
This company will not pay legitimate claims by finding a loophole in the policy. I paid over 3k in monthly dues and the one time we file a claim for $260 was denied. Move on find another company to insure your furry child.
