My aging dog has ongoing health issues. The vet forwards invoices to Trupanion and in a few days a cheque for eligible expense arrives in the mail. Seamless, Very convenient.
The customer service representative I spoke to on the phone ("Jonathan") explained the coverage in simple terms that were easy to understand. The website is easy to navigate. The policy seems fair. I like the fact that some vets offer direct billing for Trupanion members, making out of pocket expenses much more manageable.
