Trupanion is amazing
Always fast very kind to talk to. Very informative and Always listens. Best insurance you can get.
My claims experience was very positive. Trupanion was responsive and swift in communications. Alerting me to their first receipt of my communication, then to the opening of my claims, and alerting me when the claim was complete and directing me to my account on the web for more details. When they did not have enough info, they alerted me quickly, and responded when I sent in more info as required. Payments were in my bank account very quickly after the claims were processed.
TRUPANION has been a litteral life saver. My Labrador has had two very expensive knee surgeries that I would never have had the money to spend especially with the Covid 19 pandemic. TRUPANION has been very supportive and quickly responded to my claims. I'm so greatful that TRUPANION has been apart of my family. I definitely recommend TRUPANION to any fur parent.

Trupanion has been very accommodating for us ... easy to register with and helped us with one larger medical expense for our pet. No one expects or wants an 'emergency' ... but when it happens it is nice to know that the monthly premiums you have paid into an insurance program could also help offset some larger medical expenses for your pet.
