Great Customer Service - a rep who knows their product!
June 2, 2025 Following is a honest, personal review of Amanda and my experience of her through fetch pet insurance. My initial contact with her was via phone wherein she explained the pet policy. I have a new siberian x ragdoll female kitten and was unsure how to enroll her in the plan. Amanda spent a great deal of time to explain the differing coverages and what would work best for my situation. I found her to be professional, friendly and thorough. We have since emailed a few times including after signing up to upgrade my policy. I am very pleased and satisfied in my business dealings with her. Martha Spankie

Trupanion is literally a lifesaver
Trupanion is literally a lifesaver. As our dog needed multiple and on-going treatments, the clinic always presented us with an estimate and the answer was always "yes" before we ever saw the paperwork. Priceless. I've had pet insurance for 21 years. Made sense to me in 2004 and it makes ever more sense today!

I've had a great experience with MetLife Pet Insurance. My puppy has had most of his initial visits and neuter covered. It's been so helpful. The process for filing a claim is super easy.

Covered items are being denied constantly-appeals necessary
The ASPCA has repeatedly denied claims that were covered during the same policy period necessitating several, time consuming, appeals. I have referred this company to over 100 people over the last 8 years I have had coverage for my dog because the coverage was clear and promptly paid. Si9nce January, 2025 every claim has been denied. I am hearing from several people I referred to ASPCA Ins that they have gone elsewhere for the same problem.

Very pleased with entire process
After having an unexpected pet emergency and remembering that I had Spot pet insurance, I am very pleased. Submitting documents for the claims was easy, the timing was fast and I am happy with the service overall. My only negative comment could be the limit, now after experiencing an emergency a higher limit option would be nice.
