Spot is there for my two babies
Spot is there for my two babies, buddy and Cara , my first claim was my deductible. Spot also helps me when my dogs, Buddy and Cara get their vaccinations , and everything they need , reimbursement is very simple and fast. I would rate Spot definitely is one of the top companies for pet insurance. Definitely In the top 3.

We had an amazing experience with Spot Pet Insurance. Only two days after submitting our claim, the reimbursement was deposited in our bank account! Also, the process for claim submission is super easy and user friendly through their app. I recommend them as your pet’s insurance company.

Huge rate hikes, credit card surcharge, from a 55 billion dollar company? Stay away.
We've used Healthy Paws for our two dogs' insurance for many years. Their rate hikes are absolutely astounding and unbearable once you start using the insurance or you're a few years in. Today, we got a letter saying they'll add a 2.99% credit card surcharge to their rates. Considering their parent company, Chubb Limited, brought in over 55 billion dollars in revenue in 2024, they should be able to cover credit card fees. Terrible. Would not purchase again. Stay far away from these money-hungry grubs.

Darren provided excellent customer service—he was kind, professional, and approachable. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and helped me secure the right coverage. I truly appreciated his support! As for the policy itself, we’ve just obtained it, so I don’t have much feedback yet. However, I do want to share that I find it disappointing that Nationwide does not offer coverage for my senior fur babies, Sulli (11) and Petu (8), solely due to their age. That aspect feels unfair and is a one-star experience for me. :'(

Your online reporting of a claim is not very user friendly. It asked me to put in a diagnosis which I did and it keeps telling me that "no Diagnosis was included."
