Other than having to go back and forth on the first claim full medical history for our dog, I have no complaints about Pumpkin insurance. They paid out a hefty claim which was greatly needed.

Overall really responsive and turnaround on claims was super fast! But I wish they would note what line items were accepted or rejected on a claim and why.

Pumpkin handles claims quickly and efficiently, and when I've had to call for information the customer service representatives have always been friendly and informative.
