MetLife has been a life saver
MetLife has been a life saver! Who knew pet insurance was really needed! I’ve had it since my dog was a pup. Usually I don’t need to call at all. Most of my transactions are all going on the app. But the very few times I’ve had to call, the service and help was amazing!!! Thank you for all you provide!

Not happy
Not happy! They raised my premium this year $40 a month despite 80/20 with $500 deductible. Worse yet Pets Best keeps denying my claims stating “pre-existing condition” of “atopy/allergy” regardless if it’s the ears, licking of paws, or skin conditions. Have yet to meet the deductible because covered allowable amount for treatment is so minuscule compared to what my vet charges. And I have the “wellness plan”. More likely you’ll spend more on the premiums than your out of pocket expenses. After spending $1200 and now $1680 a year then meet a $500 deductible it’s a ripoff in my opinion. And my dog is only 7 years old.

Pets Best is the best money I have ever spent! Everyone should have coverage.
I am endlessly happy with Pet’s Best and grateful to have the coverage. Worrying about the cost of care is no longer an issue. Pet’s Best communicates well and has been fair in their review of claims and coverage. I would do a PSA on the anonmal and human benefit of pet insurance and it is thanks to years of coverage through Pet’s Best. Money well spent for dependable coverage and piece of mind. Whenever friends/family get a new pet, I encourage them to get coverage and screenshot how to set up. Well worth the time and effort.
