I have a claim pending that was rejected for reasons that seem like a "knee-jerk" reaction rather than trying to gain an understanding about "pre-existing conditions" that didn't exist in this case.
I have a claim pending that was rejected for reasons that seem like a "knee-jerk" reaction rather than trying to gain an understanding about "pre-existing conditions" that didn't exist in this case. I chose Trupanion as an insurance provider that looks to help its insureds rather than looking for reasons NOT to pay a claim. At least that's the impression I'm left with resulting this claim so far.
The reason I didn't mark it down with a lower score is a result of the superb handling of my questions and concerns on the Chat with "Kat". She was very polite, helpful, friendly and represented Trupanion in a very customer-focused fashion that I would have expected.
