Reliable and fair pet insurance
I’ve had my two cats insured with you for a while now, and I’ve been very happy with the service. The reimbursement process has been fair and straightforward. I also appreciate that annual price increases have been reasonable so far, which is a big reason I’ve continued to stay with your company rather than looking at other options. Because of my positive experience, I have already recommended this insurance to other pet owners and will continue to do so. Highly recommend Pumpkin
Very easy claims-submission process. I've had to submit multiple claims due to our pup's liver issues & they've always reimbursed per the policy- I've not had a problem in the last several years. Additionally, the communication from Pumpkin is always very prompt. I did a lot of research before choosing this company and I've been really pleased.
