My little baby got ran over by a car…
My little baby got ran over by a car and I had to take him by emergency to a vet that takes direct pay. It took about 2 hours from start to finish from the claim to get approved and it saved his life. I’ve never been so happy with an insurance like today. I put all my pets under it now because this is definitely a place to trust. They treat your babies like actual babies and the way they empathize with you makes you feel so welcomed and cared for. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

My Frenchie with IVDD
This was the second time I have needed to file a claim for my Frenchie, Twinkie who was diagnosed with IVDD. She underwent surgery both times and the claim process was seamless and reimbursement was quick. I am thankful to Pets Best for helping me save my Twinkie.

Has been a really bad experience not even covering half of the emergency and paid after 3 months has been the worst insurance I'd ever had and I am trying to cancel it and now you don't even let that and I'll report it

I’ve had a few experiences with Fetch before, and unfortunately, they were all unpleasant. I was ready to give them one last chance, and I’m so glad I did because I had the pleasure of speaking with Amanda. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and explain the coverage details clearly. In the past, the customer service I received wasn’t great—it actually made me want to cancel my insurance. But Amanda completely changed my experience. She went above and beyond, making my day a little better just by being so professional and friendly. We need more people like her in customer service!
