Better explanation if additional attachments are being requested
I have seen that the claim has been processed, but I have not received the payment yet. Also, when requesting additional information it would be nice to know why the request is being made. After 3 requests, I finally called and the customer representative was very nice in explaining why the 3 different requests for the medical records.
