I really appreciate the service I get working with SPOT pet insurance. Easy to use- can do everything via their port. Great vet bill review and process. I’ve had them now for over 2 years! Highly recommend them for your animal kids 😊

Spot has the best claim service!
The claim process was so easy and Spot responded quickly. My claims were fully processed within one week and the refund that they promised was direct deposited into my account. Would recommend Spot Pet Insurance highly! I have been with them for four years and haven't needed them until now but they came through!

Spot has been huge for us
Spot has been huge for us We've had multiple insurance companies through the lives of our puppies, as we've traveled through many states and have had companies that dropped off because of our travels - but when we picked up Spot, everything took a turn for the better. Their sign up process was easy, the prices were fantastic (we have two very senior dogs) and their website and app are VERY intuitive as far as submitting claims (and the claims are deposited directly back into my account directly, which is handy). So far everything to do with Spot has been great - we're using the preventative care plans as well, so we get reimbursed for the heartworm meds, dental care, urine testing, etc. I can't imagine using another company at this point.
