we had great experiences with Trupanion with our older dog (passed two years ago) who had heart and kidney issues. WE liked them very much. I only gave an 8 instead of 10 b.c our rates have gone up several times in the past few months.

It was simple, thoroughly explained and I felt the “agent” on the other end was very knowledgeable. I also appreciate the inclusive aspect of coverage; your fur baby is covered, not just for initial diagnosis and treatment but for the duration the disease or condition exists.
