My cat got sick over the holidays

My cat got sick over the holidays. I thought he swallowed something. Took him in had X-rays and fluids, meds because diarrhea and vomiting. What ever he ate passed. Spot paid 80 percent of the bill just like they said they would. The claim was processed quickly.

I can’t say enough how awesome spot pet…

I can’t say enough how awesome spot pet insurance is. I have unfortunately had to put in large claims for my bulldog . Both have been addressed so quickly and have had no issues at all. Vet bills can be overwhelming, so having the claims addressed with ease have been a saviour to the stress I’ve had with them. I highly recommend using this insurance for your pet

Waste of money

Waste of money. Didn’t accept a single claim I sent in for either of my cats (over a dozen claims). Spent about $300 for nothing. The two stars is for customer service, which was a positive experience.

Having Embrace insurance has given me the peace of mind that I can take care of my dogs' health without breaking the bank. I have had Embrace for about 11 years. I was able to afford the surgery to save my dog's life from "bloat" (stomach extension) and not worry about the cost.

I submitted a claim when my dog Biscuit experienced a brain swell.

I submitted a claim when my dog Biscuit had a brain swell. Woever rejected my claim shortly after it arrived apparently did not even read what was sent. Biscuit couldn't stand and his head kept turning to the left. I immediately took him to a hospital that I knew had a neurologist. Because I only purchased the policy a little over a month before this happened it was rejected because of orthopedic reasons (that being he couldn't stand). Also, the person took it upon him or herself to diagnose my dog with anorexia. Nowhere in the chart does it say he is anorexic, just that he isn't a big eater. He's a five pound Pomeranian and is incredibly fussy, as most little dogs seem to be. However, when I called to speak to someone I was told the second adjuster had just left for the day. I left my name and number and thought I would have to call back. To be honest, at this point I never expected a call back due to my experience so far. To my surprise Rebecca called me back and told me my claim was approved. Apparently someone who cared enough to actually read the chart realized it was meningitis. Rebecca could not have been any more professional, going as far was apologizing for any upset I experienced. I rated this only two stars due to how this claim was initially handled.
