Very easy process and prompt turnaround
Very easy process to submit claims for the first time. Had a question about multiple providers and dates all related to one event and person i spoke with was very helpful (sorry I don't remember his name but not only did he help, he also asked how Elli, our dog who had just had surgery was doing! How kind and thoughtful!). While never want to have to submit a claim, was easy and appreciate the quick turnaround of payment.

What more can I say? I can't begin to express my appreciation to Embrace for always being there for Cooper and I. Poor little guy has had some issues, but Embrace has made it so much easier for me. So glad I found them!!!

Appreciate faster claim turn-around!
I have used Pets Best for 2 years. The first year, it took a very long time to get claims processed. I would say this last year it has greatly improved! I had a minor issue with my last claim (my fault) and had to call customer care and they were very courteous- it was resolved quickly. I appreciate that you can speak to a live person without going through hoops. I have been very happy so far.

They post false information on website
They post false information on website. Expect yearly amounts to raise to the point you would be better off putting money in your own bank. At first I liked the service but the company has totally changed. Now I. Stuck at there mercy but don't recommend for new customers.
