So far so good! I normally do not rate a product until after I have used it. I will say however as far as the information given and help in selecting level of product selected the experience so far has been outstanding.

Trupanion has the easiest claim process,. If your veterinarian uses them, the file everything. If you paid and forgot to mention Trupanion at service time, you can still file and they refund any item you overpaid. The statements are broken down and easy to understand.
