Healthy paws is absolutely phenomenal
Healthy paws is absolutely phenomenal. There claims process is super quick easy and reimbursement is sent extremely promptly. I find the app to be wonderful and extremely simple. My dog has an unexpected knee injury resulting in surgery and claim was submitted processed and check was sent. Exceptional insurance. I’ve never had pet insurance and after dealing with healthy paws, would never not have insurance. They’ve made everything such a pleasure. I could go on and on. They’re truly spectacular.

Very easy to deal with your team. When I called into the call center - your lines were open all night, so I could speak with someone immediately, confirm my coverage and authorize the surgery. My dog would not have lived long enough to wait for the morning, had your lines not been open.
