I was trying to change my address from Canada over to USA and I received a call from Amanda Mello. Wow, she was extremely helpful and nice! I realized that the process wasn’t as simple as just changing online, but after receiving Amanda’s help, it really went smoothly. She explained everything so well and had so much patience with me. Help with getting appropriate coverage while reducing premims
Embrace representative reached out by phone because our policy renewal was expensive. When I called back, she helped me figure out how to reduce the premium without reducing the protection that was important to me. She was patient, knowledgeable, and went over every imaginable option (more than once). She understood what I wanted for our geriatric dogs and helped me figure out that raising the deductible was the most cost effective solution. We LOVE Embrace. They have always paid our claims promptly and fairly.
