Peace of mind, ease of claim reporting
I have 2 dogs with Nationwide and am thrilled with the service. I now have peace of mind that I can have my dogs' medical needs met without worry over the financial aspect. Veterinary care has become expensive as technology as aligned with human care, which gives us greater care for our pets, but also higher costs for their care. Insurance allows us to care for them as responsible owners without financial fear.

Better be safe than sorry! Totally worth it
This is the best investment a pet parent can make. It brings such a relief knowing that if anything were to happen to my pups I’ll be able to afford the care they need. Having the wellness insurance also helps me make sure we never miss an appointment and my pups always get their shots on time!

Long Wait
I’ve had my pet insurance for two dogs for almost a year and only had to use it once. Paying almost $1000 to be reimbursed only $700 for a $1100 claim. I felt like I got the run around while trying to get reimbursed for my claim and it took almost two months to get paid. It’s also not like human medical insurance as you have to come up with the money to pay your vet in advance anyway. Definitely have to look at risk vs. reward to decide if it’s worth it. My dogs go hard, so I’ll be keeping it for now!

They Make It Easy
I have been with Embrace since my 10 year old was a puppy and have found the entire experience to be pleasant and economically wise. I got insurance to make my pet expenses predictable and it has. I know how much it will cost me every year, and never have to debate getting my pet the care she needs. Yes, it goes up every year, but it continues to be a smart choice. Customer service is responsive and polite, every single time. Claim submission is easy and they turn them around quickly. I wholeheartedly recommend.
