The efficiency of submitting Claims on-line and the prompt payment of Claims were both very impressive! Having been disappointed with other insurance companies in the past, not paying claims due to all kinds of fine print and red tape, I was so pleasantly surprised at Nationwide's easy process from start to finish! Nationwide allowed my dog's surgery to be affordable and therefore it ultimately saved his life! Thank you Nationwide!

I was pleasantly surprised when I received the check for Spencer’s last Vet visit since it was the third claim. I have been sending the forms since my husband passed away last year and apologetic in advance for anything wrong. The people I talk to are always helpful and extremely nice and I really appreciate it. Spencer is feeling better and his eyes are almost clear. Thank you for caring.
