So far very pleased with service
Since Jagger is under a year old I never thought I would have to use this insurance as much as I have. I've had many claims for the same issues Jagger is having. There were a few claims that needed MUCH more information (like detailed reports from the beginning) and after submitted them there were finally paid. But when you need to resubmit, it is very confusing on where to send them. I didn't know if I had to mail them in, if I need to fax to another number, or submit the same way I had been. That part was very confusing. Anyhow, I am very happy thus far with the level of service at National Wide. Thank you.

Over all good experience
The only issue i seem to have is I will provide all the proper paperwork and then I call bc I get an email stating the claim is waiting on more information. When I call the information they are requesting is usually there so I'm confused why some people can see the paperwork while others seem to not be able to
