Very pleasant and professional to deal with!
We have had Embrace insurance for about 4 years. We are blessed with loving beautiful dogs that seem to always have prblems with one limb or another! Embrace has always been helpful in answering my questions and responding to claims. Their rates are reasonable and their coverage to date has been exceptional. The claims and customer service representatives are always pleasant and genuinely seem to care about thier clients.From one furry parent to another, you never know how trully valuable insurance for your pet is until your faced with a devastating medical issue that requires medical intervention and you have to make a choice, we don't have to choose anymore with Embrace, our pooch receives the care necessary and Embrace is there to help!

Came through when we needed it most
We have had Petshealth plans for both our dearly departed Great Dane Jackson an our current Dane.As Jackson aged, I anticipated his bills could increase and I was worried about being put into the horrible position many owners face...being forced to choose between pet care and our other pressing expenses for our family. Sadly, we needed Jack's coverage far too soon, and he passed soon after being diagnosed with tumor in his liver. I am very grateful that we were able to give Jack all the care possible in his final weeks without the added stress of the finances. When we added Ivan, another Great Dane to our family I admit I considered postponing coverage until he was older, but I also felt that my reimbursements for routine care had been adequately compensating for the premiums, so we signed on with our new big guy. I was very glad I did, because a fluke bout of pneumonia generated some unexpected and giant-breed sized bills at the worst possible time. I have recommended this plan to others and will continue to do so now that they have come to the rescue...again!

Extremely Timely
I took my dog to the vet on Friday and I just got an email saying that the reimbursement was posted to my account. This is the second claim that I've made with Embrace and I have to say that they are amazing. Extremely quick and thorough. They always keep me updated on the status of the claim and detail out everything in the statement.

Never know when your pet will get hurt.
We last used our pet insurance when our two year-old White Sheppard/English Setter mix cut her leg while on a walk in the woods. The laceration didn't look too bad, but would not stop bleeding. We had to take our dog to the emergency animal hospital near by, whom upon examining her, realized that the laceration wasn't a simple cut. Apparently our dog stepped on something that actually went up into her leg - hence she needed more than just a few stitches. Needless to say, I was very happy to have pet insurance.

I'm not the best writer,but I wanted to say Trupanion is the (one of )best things we did as a family for our dogs. Jesse our youngest dog got hurt rough housing/playing with our other dog.Trupanion came through for us and saved us alot of money. We are not rich people and pet insurance we didn't think we could afford, but we got a duductable we can afford. Never thinking we would really use it . But guess what !! Life happens .. Jesse hurt his jaw and the costs would have left us to borrow money from family and friends if it wasn't for Trupanion. We our so greatful. My poor writing skills can't express enough. If you have a pet please call trupanion you won't regret it and it's worth every cent. yours LisaN. owner of Jesse.

Skeptical about Pet Insurance-Don't Be!
I was so skeptical about Pet Insurance, (my husband said-SCAM!) but upon purchasing my Doberman from a breeder, I wondered if I could afford to take care of him if something went terribly wrong, after spending so much money to initially buy him. On top of that, one of the other "new puppy parents" was talking about how this was his 10th Doberman, and how one of his former dogs they called the $10,000 money pit, because he ate everything from pantyhose to socks and had to have multiple surgeries. With this story in the back of my mind, I researched and researced, and decided Embrace was going to be the best choice of coverage for me. Little did I know, that after having Bosco for only a month, he would =swallow a large piece of palm bark and require emergency surgery...to the tune of $2900.00. Now I REALLY prayed that Embrace would come thru for me and that I really WOULD be reimbursed-or if my husband was right, and it was a scam. After filing my claim, and receiving email responses right away, I was reimbursed exactly what I was hoping would be covered. I ended up with 1/3 of the bill, and had only made one months payment! I have definitely recommended Embrace to all of my friends now. Don't worry-you'll be glad you have it if God forbid, you ever need it!

We have 2 German Shepherds covered by Embrace. We have always been very pleased with the services covered by Embrace - not to mention the super customer service. We plan to keep our coverage for a long time!

By Far the "best" insurance payout
I have a 8 year old Yorkie who has had no health problems. I purchased insurance over the years from two different pet insurance companies and have had nothing but problems. With bogus payouts that were not even worth my time of submitting the claim to the most rudest employees i have ever dealth with. A friend gave me Pets Best insurance and i figured what could i loose i will try them. Well after being with Pets best for 4 months my little yorkie got sick. Unknown what was making him vomit, itch and be very lathargic. The bills kept adding up along with the hospital stays for him and all the testing. After changing vets multiply times they finally found it was a parasite. My bills were up in the $4000.00. Now it was time to see if this Pets Best insurance really would do what they said it would. I downloaded the form, coompleted it and faxed it to the number on the form. 3 HOURS Later I had a confirmation saying that my claim was being reviewed. Two days later an email saying that they needed to get some more records and by the 5th day a check for 80% was sent to me. YES THATS WHAT I SAID 80%. They covered exactly what they said they would with no hidden clauses (about up 80% of the allowable cost) The Customer Service people are so nice and very helpful. One employee is nicer then the other. I have called and asked questions and they are always willing to go above and beyond to help me. WHAT A GREAT PET INSURANCE place this is.
