Excellent Insurance
I have submitted numerous claims to the company and they were always quick with processing them and cutting me the check. I also find the deductible to be very low. If I did not have this insurance, I would not be able to care for my 4 rescued cats. I love them dearly but without this insurance, I could never afford them.

Excellent company - highly recommend
We have been with Embrance since our dog was a puppy and the company has been wonderful to deal for the last two years. We highly recommend them. Very honest and responsive and great communication.

Cheeper and better than my health plan
Two previous Golden Retriever's I had and dearly loved for 12 years. Spent thousands on surgries and health conditions. I now have a plan for 17.50 per month for my Cho Lab. The first year I had to have 2 tumors removed. This insurance covered 80% after a reasonable deductible it saved me 100's already. Well paid for itself. Regret not doing this long ago.Thank you for being there for our furry friends. Michael

Embrace: Great coverage, great service
I have several pets, all insured, including a retriever puppy. Twice -- yes, twice! -- my puppy has eaten something she shouldn't have and ended up in the ER. I go to the BEST veterinary practice in Sacramento -- VCA Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center. It's probably also the most expensive, because of its top-notch specialists and a new state-of-the-art facility. With Embrace, I know I'm covered, and my pets can get the best care available. Embrace is prompt: They left me know the claim is received, review and refund within days. Honestly, I could NOT be happier. I use their catastrophic care plan, with a $500 deductible.

We have only been insured since Dec. 2009. Our Yorkie has had two incidents - that required hospitalization. One jumping and hitting head severally and one eating part of a Sago Palm. Saving her was costly (but well worth it) - also Trupanion has covered both as in the contract and done so promptly without one bit of hassle. I am telling everyone about this company!!

Love this company and their employees
Can't say enough good things about Embrace Pet Insurance. About 7 yrs ago our rottweiler developed cancer and we paid every bill out of pocket. I knew once we lost him the next dog we got would have insurance. I can assure you I did my homework and much to my surprise found alot of differnt types and different coverages then I found Embrace. I contacted the company and asked dozens of questions. Chris was and still is my contact person and she answered every question and explained everything to me. We bought our 1st Bullmastiff and the first year he was perfect. The 2nd year he tore out a knee and the 3rd year he tore out the other knee. Embrace has been absolutely great. With the policys we have chosen we recovered a great deal of our out of pocket money. If you are searching for pet insurance, do your homework but I do not think you will find another company better than this one.

First time I bought Pet Insurance
I never bought a pet insurance policy before, but I did some research before I selected Embrace. To me it seemed just what I was looking for in a pet insurance policy. The reimbursementtime seems reasonable, and customer service was quite friendly and helpful when I had a question regarding submitting claims. I am certainly glad I had insurance when my puppy unexpectedly got sick and needed surgery. I would recommend Embrace and I actual have mentioned it already to a few friends.
