nice staff - easy procedures - prompt response
I'm new with Embrace and made my first claim for a Wellness visit. I had the appt. on Friday and even with a holiday long weekend, received an email from them that the entire amount was covered. I'm very pleased with everyone I've had contact with on their staff - they make it very personal - and with how easy it is to understand and complete reports.

They've Never Let Me Down
I've been a member for a number of years. I got PetsBest on the recommendation of a friend's sister who is a dermatologist vet who I was considering taking my cat to when she had some skin issues. She recommended PetsBest because of their coverage for specialists. I ended up participating in a trial with her so didn't use PetsBest with her but it has definitely paid off over the years as my cats have gotten older and suffered various (expensive) illnesses such as triaditis (inflamed liver, bowel and pancreas), skin cancer, various UTIs and thyroid issues (including quite a few trips to the emergency vet). Each time PetsBest has paid the maximum 80% and clearly explained the costs including the deductable, which is per issue so if there are multiple claims for the same thing, you aren't paying the deductable each time. When I've had to call they've been helpful and courteous and genuinely seem to care about making sure I have the right plan and all the information I need. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good pet insurance policy.

Great Service Easy Process
I just used my Wellness Care dollars for my dog and I had great communication from Embrace and the check for reimbursement of those Wellness Care Dollars came quickly. I wish Human Medical Plans worked this well and had such attention to Customer Service

You guys are amazing. i had breezer at the vet on the weekend and on monday morning i had a reply from you stating how much I get back. It is less then 24 response. I know that when ever breezer has to go to the vet that it will not cost me my pay check as i will get money back from the insurance. You guys always respond to my vet and help with questions!! i would tell every one about you guys as it well worth the money. I spent over 5000 on an animal before and had to put them down and did not have insurance. My animals are worth so much to me and would do anything for them but knowing i have insurenace is awesome. We have isurance for our self why not for our animals they are part of our family.

Quick & accurate claim processing!
I was pleased to see that Pet's Best lived up to it's promise to process claims quickly. We received a check for the expected amount within two weeks of faxing the claim. Our insurance made it easier to decide to proceed with testing when Cassi developed a high fever.

Very Glad I had this policy
I have 2 dogs, one only eats her food, the other eats anything that will fit in her mouth. The first time she needed surgery to clean out her digestive track, we had no Insurance and it cost us 1200.00, after that I was not taking any chances and did some research and found Pets Best and signed them both up. Well she messed up her stomach again, but this time she did not need surgery, but her vet bill was 822.00 and I was more than happy to pay 144.40 and not the total bill. I will never have any of my animals uninsured again. Pets best turn around time is great and now that you can do it on line makes your check arrive even faster. I have recommended Pets Best to many of my friends, this ins. is affordable and pays for itself if you have one sickness or accident, I looked at many different policies and Pets Best gave you more bang for your buck.

leg surgery on 7 month old puppy paid
I have never had pet insurance, and have not owned a dog for many years. I compared companies and had one recommendation for Trupanion. Due to price, I went with them. My 7 month old Pembroke Corgi had a limp that had not gotten better and had a diagnosis where one of his leg bones was not growing. This meant major surgery. And I got him from a highly recommended AKC breeder. Trupanion was very quick to review and pay. They cover 90% less other visits that are not covered. It came to around 15% that was not covered. Advise to pet owners on the fence re. getting insurance. If the dog is an investment and a major part of the family, think about getting the insuracne from the first day. I thought the leg issue would be just a sprain or something- Who knew. Surgery is giving my puppy the best option for a good future.
