Terrible customer service. No support in case of emergency.
1- terrible customer service 2- no answer 3- company just charge you each month for plan with no support on emergency case. 4- you are not a good friend for my dog. 5- never and ever suggest your company to any one else. 6- after 12 days of my claim, no one answer me.

Best Customer Service!
Best customer service I have seen from anywhere in a long time. Everyone is ready to help and answer any questions. I’m new to making claims and had lots of questions. Every time I called they were willing to help. I got my payments for a surgery my dog had to have quickly!! Highly recommend!!

AMAZING pet insurance best choice I made when it came to protecting my fur baby!
Nationwide has been SUPERB when it comes to covering my fur baby! No complaints except that I SHOULD HAVE GOT THIS COVERGAE SONNER! They make EVEYRHING easy from filing the claim, speaking with representatives, fast claim turn around time, and even sending a follow up email when my baby got sick saying they were rooting for her and checking in on her! Such amazing experience and I recommend it to all my friends with fur children!
