Can you make your customers first and then your shareholders second?
I've been a customer now for 6 months and from what I can tell Embrace will do everything they can to not cover any claim by trying to find any pre-existing conditions. For example in my case because my puppy had a short diarrhea episode when it was 10 weeks old a claim was recently denied when going to the ER after she ingested some moss, rocks, dirt, and wood. The only think Embrace latched on in the recent incident was that my puppy had diarrhea "again" and therefore diarrhea became "a pre-existing condition" and the claim was denied and expenses not covered. As an Embrace customer I understand the need for Embrace to vet the claims and make sure they're valid before reimbursing some of them. At the same time Vet hospitals don't have a lot of time to provide lengthy explanations on the Claim forms which leaves too much room for your adjusters to flat out deny and close the claims. There should be a policy to give YOUR CUSTOMERS the benefit of the doubt by asking to provide more information. We're your customers and it would seem logical that you want to help us instead of making it obvious all you want to help is YOUR BOTTOM LINE and YOUR SHAREHOLDERS.

Thank goodness for Healthy Paws!
I have never had pet insurance before but I am SOOOOO thankful that we are covered by Healthy Paws now. I would never have expected a cancer diagnosis for our sweet boy but I feel so fortunate that Healthy Paws has eased some of the fear. I have been truly impressed with their service and quick turnaround of our claims. It makes this unbearable situation... SOOOO much easier. AND they even check up on him to see how he is doing. Easy and quick claim filing process and great customer services.
It's very easy to file claim with Healthy Paw. I just uploaded invoice and medical record and it only took Healthy Paw a few days to review and approve my claim. I received a check within a week of claim filing. Few days later, I even received an email from the customer service asking how my pet is doing. I'm very happy to have a policy with this caring business.

Thankful for Healthy Paws!
We recently had an emergency vet trip for our pup in a very serious and scary situation. Following her care, I submitted a claim. Healthy Paws was extremely quick in processing the claim and checked in on how our girl was doing the next week. I’m so thankful for them to ease the financial burden to ensure we could do what we needed to do to get her healthy again!

excellent and efficient service.
Called prior to filling claim to ask if procedure qualified. They were very prompt,courteous,proffessional. At the end of our conversation they said good luck with my dog and called him by name,and asked me to give him a hug for them. Staff is so caring. They make you feel important and your dog special. Great and easy insurance
Great and easy way to upload claims on the app. Only reason o did not give 5 stars was because claims do take about 3 weeks to get reimbursed. I am very happy with this insurance for my dogs.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT AND MORE.
I could not be happier. I was worried that I may be wasting my money. My young adult big dog tore her ACL. I could have never ever kept up with the payments, as I was laid off do to the virus. I have literally no worries because I am insured by this particular company. They are wonderful. Amazing customer service........that I only had to connect one time because of a problem on my end.
