We lost our Hugo last Thursday the 16th. We are so grateful for the faithful service of Nationwide. You have helped us in the financial process and made it simple for us during his health issues. Nationwide is the Best!
I signed up for Nationwide at the recommendation of a friend. I am so happy I did. My Boxer has had 2 emergencies. The claims were easy to fill out and submit, and the refunds came very quickly.

Response to claim was timely, re-imbursement also prompt. Just wish same coverage available but with smaller deductable, esp. now.

Our Pack is Filled with Gratitude
We were devastated to find out our 11 1/2 year old Yorkie-Pom mix was diagnosed with terminal bladder cancer with a prognosis of 4-6 months. We opted out of chemotherapy or radiation but are grateful our insurance coverage allowed us to obtain a proper diagnosis and palliative care treatment plan so she can live the best life she can before we walk her to the Rainbow Bridge.

Better than my best hopes!!!
Nationwide deserves much praise. Claim forms are simple, process easy, payment fast. They insure my pet exactly as per the policy details. My veterinarian keeps Jessie’s claim forms in her file, quickly completes w each visit. I attach the itemized receipt, and send to nationwide where I am informed by email throughout the claims process. It really IS THAT SIMPLE!!! I never want to be in the situation where Jessie’s treatment is compromised by my ability to pay. She is my beloved companion. It is rare to find a business that keeps its promises to the client. Nationwide Pet Insurance is that rare business. I took the policy as it was recommended in The Whole Dog Journal. After my brief experience with this policy, I am actively recommending this company to ALL my dog lovingfriends!!!

Love the service but was a little surprised by the rise in our premium this year
As I said in the title, I really love having this service and have been a proponent of it to many other pet-owners also. The ease of submitting claims with the app is second to none, especially if you're pet needs routine visits. Really pleased also that supplements for her issues (her leg joints primarily) are covered as those are very expensive. The rise in my monthly premium does cut into the benefit of the service somewhat but I still feel the value of the service is there. I would like some transparency as to why that raise in rate for 2020 was put in place though.
