So glad Skippy is covered by PetsHealth.

I purchased PetsHealth Care Plan for Skippy, my Lhasa Apso when I got him 6 years ago. Skippy was recently diagnosed with glaucoma and PetsHealth has reimbursed 80% of his expenses. Having PetsHealth has been the best choice I've made in regards to Skippy's care. PetsHealth has always been there for Skippy and I'm able to provide the best care for him and it gives me peace of mind.

Great, fast service

This is the first time we've had pet insurance and so far it paid off and been a good experience. They are quick to respond to claims without a lot of red tape to dig through!

Great investment

My lab mix was diagnosed with laryngeal paralysis and required surgery. I was extremely pleased with ASPCA Pet Insurance and tell everyone how professional and caring ASPCA has been. Previously, I had pet insurance with another company. There is no comparison with regard to the level of service and the willingness to reimburse my claims.

Every little bit helps

With the cost of vet care (which is outrageous), coupled with simply having no choice but to treat our precious pets when they're in distress, I've weighed the annual cost of ASPCA insurance against the high price of a single visit to the vet, and find the cost of insurance to be well justified.

Trupanion gets great recommendaton!

We purchased Trupanion pet insturance for our 13-year-old cat, Mittens, last year. We wanted to provide coverage for any expensive procedures. Trupanion was very efficient and helpful in explaining the coverage for our cat before and after she had oral surgery--extensive tooth resporption. The claim was most defininitely resolved to our satisfaction!

Good coverage but they do raise premiums

I have had 4 dogs on Trupanion for about 1 year now. I specifically picked them over PetPlan because Trupanion does not raise monthly premiums as your dog ages - so imagine my surprise when I got an email saying two of my dogs premium were going up over 30% and the other two about 8%. If I want to keep the same monthly premium I would have to increase from a $0 deductible to a $200 deductible - BOGUS. I can totally understand a 8% increase, vet fees do increase, etc. But 30% (from $46 to $61) really does seem excessive to me. Plus no multiple dog discount may be enough for me to switch. On the good side they have paid out awesome - fast pay out. They do have a long waiting period which is something to be aware of.
