The Best Pet Insurance Ever!!!
Healthy Paws is the BEST Pet Insurance Ever. They are caring and very efficient at processing your claim. My sweet boy was injured and needed surgery. As soon as they received the records from my vet, they processed the claim right away and the funds were in my account In only a few days so I could pay my bill. I have had other pet insurance companies before and none of them were as caring and efficient as Healthy Paws.

Scam on Premium Increases
I purchased a Healthy Paws policy because the company said it only raises premiums to keep up with increasing cost of veterinary care. Unfortunately my policy has increased each year for the last five years well beyond increases in the cost of veterinary care. Most recently, my policy increased 35% in one year. I will never purchase Healthy Paws again and am going to switch my younger dog who doesn’t have preexisting conditions.

Healthy Paws is the BEST Pet Insurance ever. They were caring and very efficient in processing my clam. My baby had an accident and needed surgery and once receiving the report from the vet they immediately paid my claim. I had the funds in my account in a few days so I could pay my bill. I highly recommend them over any other plan. I had tried others in the past but none were as good as them. Thank you Healthy Paws!!!

Embrace Insurance claims are easy
I have had Embrace Insurance for my Pomeranian since he was 10 weeks old. He is now 9 years old. The claims are easy to complete and reimbursement is quick. Granted premiums increase as your pet ages, but that is expected since more illness occur with age. That being said, it is nice to be able to get all or most of the vet costs reimbursed. I have been very happy with the customer service and the monthly newsletters I get from them on how to keep my pet healthy.

The best experience I've had with any company, insurance or otherwise
I can't speak highly enough about Pets Best - I've referred all my family members and I've had not a single complaint over my cat's 8 years. Honestly, if their service and coverage are this good, I can't see why I would have to settle for anything less. Very easy claims filing, excellent coverage, timely reimbursement, even when they were "delayed." If I had to worry about coverage and payment on top of all the worrying about my cat, it would have been unbearable, this took a way a burden that I didn't need to have on top of everything we were already dealing with medically.

This was my first time experiencing a 30 day wait for my claim as to Find out it wasn’t covered. Who doesn’t cover neutering as part of the 2nd plan I chose. You think they would want you to have your pet spayed or neutered no matter the plan. Disappointed this time around

Embrace took the financial stress out of caring for our dog
Our GSMD had several lumps appear on her torso. After having them aspirated it revealed mast cell tumors. We immediately had the tumors removed and went to the oncologist for electro-chemotherapy. I called Embrace after the positive test results and they confirmed everything would be covered, and that's exactly what happened. The app makes it very easy to submit claims, and the payment turnaround beat the credit card bill. We purchased pet insurance for just this sort of situation and Embrace came through - thank you!
