There really wasn't much communication this time. My vet sent in the claim form and Trupanion got back in a very timely fashion. You explained where I was at with Mannys particular ailment. I already know that I have about $142 left before you guys will start helping me out with reimbursement. I am happy I have you.

Trupanion pays promptly for surgery
Sabrina had a plasma cell tumour in her groin area that she kept licking so our vet said it needed to be removed. Trupanion was very prompt at approving the estimate and has been exceptional in the speed with which they have paid the claims. Great job.

Passionate and prompt
My dog has had a medical condition since she was a puppy and requires medications and checkups and I have never had an issue with putting in her claim. They are quick and very helpful if I need to contact them. I have tried another pet insurance for my feline and it was a disaster. Im so grateful for Trupanion and their compassion with dealing with me when my dog needs to go to the veterinarians.

Trupanion comes through for Loki
Loki needed meds and the vet direct billed Trupanion and I only had to pay the 10% + taxes. I hope Trupanion direct billing becomes available at more vets and emergency care clinics.
