Timely processing and handling
I work in insurance (a competitor!) and I am a commercial lines manager, I know how important timely processing is. You have done a great job processing my recent (and unplanned injuries, poor Bruno) claims quickly and efficiently with payment in less than a week. One claim was processed incorrectly but the rep I spoke to (she was so nice - I don’t remember her name but she was fantastic) immediately remedied it and reprocessed it. Great job and thank you for great service!

It took awahile to get paid.
The last time I put in a claim was a lot easier that this time. I had to mail the information 3 times before I got the check. Otherwise it was okay.

Healthy Paws was there when we needed them most! Quick response and always easy to work with!
IWe bought pet insurance because we had two young pups and hoped we would never use it. Boy were we wrong! Thank God for healthy paws. Our dog recently developed an illness that was causing her extreme pain and resulted in many visits to Drs and Emergency clinics to find out why. finally after an MRI and Spinal tap she was diagnosed with seizures and is finally on the mend and feeling much better and we as parents can finally breathe knowing that she will be ok. We are so Thankful for healthy paws, We could have never afforded all the procedures and test that she had to have without them. They have allowed her to have The best care available and because of them she can still live a great life and her situation can be managed with daily medicine and occasional blood work. I recommend Healthy Paws pet insurance to anyone with pets. Hopefully you will never need to use it but you will never regrettably having it if you do need it Healthy Paws is always quick to respond and help with any questions and Get your c!aim filed quikly, they truly care about your pets health.

This is my second experience with Nationwide Pet Insurance. I have 2 Akitas insured and have been very satisfied with the level of service as well as the prompt response to my claims. I also like the fact this company periodically checks on their insured clients to ensure all is well.

If all the dogs I’ve owned and various health issues, this is the first dog with a insurance policy. Granted, it helps my employer has payroll deductions for the premiums, but it’s been the best decision.
