My "emergency room child" is covered!
I am the very happy owner of 2 English Springer Spaniels; Maggie & Murphy. Maggie was with us for nearly 5 years when we decided to bring Murphy into our family. Have you ever heard of an emergency room child? That would be Murph! From day one he was nipped at, developed rashes, experienced severe growing pains-you name it, Murphy experienced it. I decided right away that ASPCA health insurance was a must. Since we have been a member, there have been many more emergency visits (laceration to his lip; slip and falls on hardwood floor, etc.) Each time ASPCA processed my claims in short order. I only wish my own healthcare insurance provider was as competent!

Coming from another pet insurance that took forever to cut a check back - Pets Health was a worldwind of a difference. Qualified people to help you on the phone and a great response time to a claim. Pets Health also does a great job of communicating with their clients once a claim is submitted.

The recent claim (the first I have filed) was turned around in an expedient time frame. I don't like that my dog was ill, but it was helpful to receive back a portion of the money that I spent.

Highly, HIGHLY recommend this company!
I have two chihuahuas who are both 3 years old. I have submitted multiple claims on Beau (my problem child) who developed allergies and then demodex mites from the steroids he was given to treat the allergies. He has been seen multiple times by a veterinary dermatologist (which is definitely not cheap!). What I love about this company is the ease and speed of the claims process. I just bring a claim form with me to the vet's office with my portion already filled out, have them fill out their portion, and then they fax it to Healthy Paws for me. You receive an explanation of benefits within 1-3 days after submitting a claim and a reimbursement check about 7-10 business days after that. It is also easy to customize your pet's plan to fit your financial needs since they offer several different annual deductible and reimbursement percentage options. What I love most about this company, however, is the exceptional customer service! They really convey a genuine concern for your pet's well-being. For instance, after my other dog, Bella, experienced an allergic reaction to a vaccination, I received this e-mail: "Thank you so much for faxing over the signed claim form for Bella. We have applied the costs associated with the vaccine reaction to satisfying the deductible. Saved $2,600 Wonderful Company !!!
My rescue mixbreed had a long-term Cruciate Ligament problem that just got worse over a 2 year period. When the vet decided only a full TPLO would do, I contacted Embrace for pre-certification. They covered it even though it was a long-standing issue - not injury. They were so very helpful in telling me what I needed to send them AND told me exactly how much and of which charges I would be reimbursed. Even though they said it might take up to two weeks to receive a reimbursement check, it came ASAP! Then, they keep following up to see how he was doing...AND reminded me to file for any additional follow up visits or claims I might need. Shocking! In short, I am astounded at how nice many employees were, how personal they seemed to be w/ my dogs claim, and most importantly the amount and percentage of reimbursement w/ NO hassle. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!

Excellent Pet Insurance
Our Great Dane had two major surgeries within 40 days and Embrace was very easy to work with at a very stressfull time. Their forms are easy to complete,they paid the claims promptly, and the hospital staff said the Embrace personel were very helpful on the phone. Embrace offers excellent coverage at a fair cost. We have already recommended Ebrace to friends and the veterinary practice that cared for our dog.

Bilaterial Hip Dysplasia - AWESOME PROVIDER
My sweet puppy has a diagnosis of severe bilateral hip dysplasia at the age of 6 month. I am ever so thankfully my Tucker is covered with Embrace Insurance. Not only did they allow me to get second opinions they approved surgery and the rehabilitation program to accompany Tucker’s recovery. I submitted the estimates and Embrace ever so promptly determined the procedure and rehab would be approved and have processed every claim so promptly – incredibly prompt! Having Embrace is allowing my Tucker to have best chance of recovery. These procedures and rehabilitation are expensive and with Tucker’s insurance my puppy can get the required surgery and treatments to give him the best pain free life he can have and that is thanks to the OUTSTANDING INSURANCE PROVIDER! Embrace does all of this with professionalism and compassion. This insurance is fabulous and I would recommend it to EVERYONE. You are safe with Embrace! Thank you Embrace!

Gratitude.
I am so grateful to have found this insurance company for my pup. She's a 1.5 year old sweet little pom. I started out with the 'ASPCA' insurance but came to find out they don't cover anything congenital and they aren't even part of the ASPCA--they just bought the name. Lovely. I switched to VPI--got nothing but mixed messages, wrong information, nothing in writing or by email to confirm anything (I guess they had my address wrong). Worst of all, they said my dog was diagnosed with things she wasn't even diagnosed with--they never requested the medical records and made me do their job and give them the records so they could do an exclusion review--the results of which were not in my favor (idiots) and I only got them after I cancelled my policy. By the way, they do not guarantee a full refund--learned that the hard way too. Healthy Paws is beyond awesome. I am so relieved to have found them! My dog just had double knee surgery for luxating patellas--if I had started with Healthy Paws, most of it would have been covered. I wish I knew. They cover congenital conditions. They have live people to talk to who return calls and who are helpful and nice. They have been nothing but easy and wonderful to work with. NONE of the problems I've had with VPI or ASPCA. So grateful. I want to spread the word.
