Great Service!
My lab was limping and lethargic, turns out my Vet thought he had gotten bit by a snake. Luckily they were able to treat him and I had no concern about the cost of care and treatment because of Trupanion. Within a day I received an email saying they had received my claim and a week later I was reimbursed and all is well.

Pets Best is Incredible
I wish our health insurance was as good as our pets' insurance! More importantly, I wish the staff were as friendly, helpful and honest as Pets Best. Our American Bulldog injured his ACL and required TPLO surgery. At the same time, I injured my shoulder and required surgery. The only vet who could do Tank's surgery was over an hour one way from me. We both required rehab. I can assure you that the Pets Best process was far superior in every way to my health insurance. They were friendly and helpful on the phone and paid unbelievably quick. I'm a customer for life! I've gotten 2 of my friends to sign up!

Fast, fair and caring
Our Mastiff puppy has had many visits to the vet over his first year, for problems ranging from relatively simple common illnesses to more serious growth-related orthopedic issues. Healthy Paws has paid every claim with remarkable speed, and without ever quibbling about the treatments used or their cost. And they always follow up after a claim to see how our puppy is doing! We'd recommend them to anyone.

We were very relieved that we had this pet insuran
When our Vet recommed a free 30 day Trupanion pet insurance, we accepted it right away and it was a good thing we did. With in a week, our 7 week old Boxer puppy ate poison mushrooms and almost died. The Vet's were great and saved our Riley but the Vet bills totaled close to $1000. Thank God we had this insurance and today, we still contune to use it as we live on several acres in Central Oregon. You will never know when a problem will happen to your pet and the Vet bills can add up fast. We love our Riley so very much and will protect him for what ever it will take. We recomend this insurance because we never had a problem with Trupanion and their concern is not only with our pet but with its owners.

Fantastic Service
Josie, age 16 months, had a small tumor on her paw which the vet recommended be removed and tested. After this was done, I scanned and faxed the claim in on Monday, received a confirmation that day, received an approval email on Friday and had my reimbursement in hand by Monday. The next day I recieved a lovely email inquiring about Josie's condition and requesting a photo. Healthy Paw's customer service is top notch and I highly recommend them. Thank you Health Paws!!!

Trupanion saved our dog's life!
We rescued a 6 year old GSD in late 2010 and enrolled him in Trupanion shortly thereafter. A few months ago, we learned that he had a heartworm infection, and that his treatment would cost over $2000, an amount which would have been difficult for our family to afford. We went through the pre-approval process with Trupanion, and they approved our pre-approval request within 48 hours of receiving it. After the heartworm treatment, Trupanion reimbursed us for its cost about 3-4 days after we submitted the required paperwork. Thanks to Trupanion, we hope to enjoy many more healthy years with our beloved pet. Wish insurance companies for humans worked as fairly and efficiently as Trupanion!
