Prompt, Caring and Personal
Our 1yr old curious coonhound was either bitten or stung in the early morning hours. After being seen by our vet, she was given numerous antibiotics not only for her swollen leg but also for an ear infection which the vet found. Our vet sent in the claim form and medical records on a Saturday and we promptly received an email on Sunday that the claim check was being processed. In the meantime we received emails from Healthy Paws asking how she was doing. The emails were not automated as they were personally addressed and addressed the specific ailments. A big thank you to Healthy Paws.

Saved us money
Our dog, Ranger, raided the pantry and got into a whole bag of chocolate chips. And he got really sick. We took him to pet emergency and they pulled him through. It was a few days of touch and go.The pet insurance saved us money and the claim was handled promptly. Glad we had it.

Great Communication and Quick Response
Recently, our poodle mix ruptured her ligament in her hind leg. We quickly took her to the vet and did not worry about the expense. Once we faxed the docs needed, Trupanion communicated at each step of the way via email. It was easy and reassuring to know what stage the claim was at. Soon after the claim was approved, we received a cheque in the mail. It is easy to do business with Trupanion and not worry about our beloved Chulita. We would definitely recommend Trupanion to others.

A Great Company with great service!
My American Bulldog had to have his ACl replaced and Trupanion, was great to work with. They answered all my questions, helped me with my claim and even followed to ask how he was! My vet didnt even do that! Would suggest it to anybody who loves their pets!

Excellent Service and Great Followup
My Sealpoint Siamese, Dudley, began losing weight over the past several months. My veterinarian performed all the tests he could--along with prescribing medication and a tonic. When the weight loss continued, he recommended that Dudley visit a specialty clinic in the atea. After a number of tests, he was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrone, put on a special diet and medication and is doing great !! His claim was handled quickly and efficiently--and payments were according to the policy terms.
