It is the second year that I have changed our pet's insurance and really is the one that we have used it. We are satisfied.

Watch out for Low "Come On" Premium
I never had pet insurance before and bought a policy for my current Newfie when she was six months old. Now, one year later, I have been advised that my premium will be increased by 62% per month. Obviously, I think this is outrageous. Be careful about the low 'come on' premiums. Apparently, they are just that.

My 12 year old dog had a failing liver. Thanks to Pet's Best I was able to do the tests he needed, buy the prescriptions and now he's back to his old self. Thank you! I was getting ready to put him down, but he's now happy and recovering better than ever expected. Can't thank you enough.

Amazing response time.
I wqas impressed with how quickly my claim was processed after Blazer's surgery. My past experience with other insurers had left me with a jaded expectation of results. I had an acknowledgement of my claim in less than a week with a check in the mail. Wow!

Trupanion's response to our claim for veterinary care for our dog's bite injury was excellent and impressive. They responded immediately, kept us informed as to the claim's progress and actually seemed sincerely interested in the well-being of our dog.
